Apartment Updates: Bowood Headboard and Sarah K Designs Bedding

I’m so happy that Jen and I determined on applying Bowood for this piece. To say it’s been transformed is an understatement. My colorway is green/gray. I chose this because there are two neutral colorways of the 100% cotton Bowood – green/grey, or white/leaf (there are also blue and pink variations). The inexperienced/grey had a quite beige ground, and the white/leaf experienced a quite white ground. It was tough to come to a decision mainly because I preferred both in unique ways – the beige floor had a rather tea-coloured, antique seem, but the white/leaf was quite clean searching. The good news is there was a perfect solution – Bowood Union in inexperienced/gray. It has a beige ground that is not AS beige as the other version – so it’s severely the best medium in between the two. Complicated, perhaps! I felt it was crucial to do my exploration and see all of the shade and fabric solutions before choosing, so I’m glad I did that. 

I also wished to share how significantly I enjoy my Sarah K. Patterns bedding! I located it through (who else?) Louise Roe, and just experienced to have it – even although figuring out British isles sizing was a little bit of a head-scratcher.
