Fulfill Mac, Venture Supervisor, Carpenter, and Senior Builder!

Mac (provided name Michael Casares) joined Hammer & Hand as a carpenter in the tumble of 1998. A native Oregonian, Mac was elevated on a farm and commenced doing work as a laborer for his uncles at the age of 13. Mac had a quick stint on a crew making a lodge in Los Angeles ideal out of superior college right before he moved to Colorado for substantially of the 90s. Aside from his time in Colorado expended constructing in the summertime and training snowboarding in the wintertime, Mac has spent the vast majority of his job at Hammer & Hand.

When questioned what drew him to currently being a builder, Mac replied,
